Presentation Guidelines

Talks: Each talk is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. Presenters are allowed to bring their own laptops plus VGA adapters. We ask all presenters to provide a PDF version of their talks in advance of their sessions by flash drive (provided) or email to agnwinds@astro.gsu.edu. These will be used as backups (or as the main source of the presentation) and as a record (with your permission and the ability to update later).

Posters: Free-standing cork boards and pins will be provided. Poster sizes should not exceed 42 x 42 inches. Posters can go up on Sunday evening or Monday morning and should be taken down by Thursday noon.
