SMARTS Fellows

SMARTS Fellows assist in operating the SMARTS telescopes at CTIO.
They play critical roles in scheduling the telescopes, observer
support, troubleshooting, data management, and developing new avenues
of research, so are a vital part of the SMARTS endeavor.
